I have the Fluegel FDC cover for this issue. I know this is the final Fluegel cover. What I am curious about is who is on the cover? Obviously this is not John Trumbull

Fluegel died in 1953, is this really considered a Fluegel FDC? Perhaps this is an illustration of Herman Fluegel himself?
