Thought it best to use 1 thread rather than numerous queries.

1. Acronym on 2009 Meter
FCMI LTR with QR Code.
Would that be First Class Mail International Letter ?

2.
2013 Inverted Jenny with "Ink Bleed"

3.
Sc# 3622 Coil Listed as Perf 10, from what I can see patently not, Perf 9˝, I lined it up with a known P9˝ Sc#3633B, and whilst there was a tiny difference, certainly not half a perf.
Using a "Trafalgar" plastic perf guage.
Can a member check Scott specialised please?

4.
Easter Seal US or Canada, anyone?

Hi Rod. On your 37 cent waving flag the die cut gauge is 9.8. This according to the Plate Number Coil Collectors Club (PNC3) official catalog. The gauge 10 is the Scott way of rounding this thing off.
Hope this helps

Peter

Understatement !
Thanks a bunch.
Nice to be able to relax and know my guage was not that far out!
I can now use that stamp as a template for others.

Inverted Jenny - Ink Bleed: I occasionally purchase a sheet from the Fulfillment Center & EVERY one of them has some 'ink bleed' Some more pronounced at the edges, some on the red lines throughout the design.

If I remember correctly, the inverted inverts were manually printed using a similar press. The remainder were mass printed but it seems as the if the quality control for plate wipes or inking quantity was somewhat lacking. If you have more than 1-sheet take a look with a glass & see if the others have bleeding on the 'red' ink sections.

Thank you eligies.
Your forum name, and your avatar, is somewhat prophetic...
