My brother lives on 14th street in Santa Monica and was interviewed by the local CBS station. He told them he has called the PD on this guy about 50 times in the last 3 years for troubles he has made in the neighborhood. The most that happens is that they arrest and release him in a couple of days and the troubles continue.
Maybe now that the press is involved some action will be taken and they can get their mail delivered again instead of having to go down to the post office to get it.
