These two covers crossed my desk this week and they are 'Greek to me'; can anyone shed any light on them or their markings?

First postmark : Thessaloniki (Tourkia) i.e. Salonika (Turkey)

Second one is Patras, on the northern coast of the Peleponnese

The first one is directed to Argos in the Peloponnese.

The top one in the second frame is back-stamped Pireus in the archaic spelling of Peiraieus. Modern spelling would be Peiraias. This is a large port city near Athens.
