Here's an example of a cover from the 150th Anniversary celebration to Amarah (Amara), Iraq. It was posted on the first day of the exhibition with the "-4 Ap 38" cancellation. On the back is the Exhibition Label, along with Receiving cancels for Basra and Amarah.

On another website, I read that there were many items handled on the first day of the exhibition (4400 ordinary, 2106 registered and 100 newspapers), so there is nothing really special about this item. It also looks like the cover was issued in several different shades (Red, Pale Green, Black and a chocolate shade.

It's a nice cover.
Probably safe to say of the 4400, not too many went to Irag (1?).
So if one were collecting destinations for the issue, this would be nice to have.

Yes, the Basra and Amarah cancels make this a special piece for sure. Pretty cool.
