Today is International Women's Day (IWD)!

Zübeyde Hanim (1857-1923) was the mother of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey. Here are images of the two similar stamps (one imperforate) featuring a portrait of Zübeyde, printed by lithography, and issued by Turkey on May 13, 1956 for Mother's Day, Scott Nos. 1206 & 1207, plus an image of what appears to be a composite photograph of Zübeyde flanked by her daughter Makbule and her son Mustafa.
