From the scan, it looks to be original. The paper looks good, and I think it would be very tough to duplicate the halftone screens correctly. Put your long wave UV light on it to make sure there are no brighteners in the paper.

1947 souvenir sheet to promote the Hannover Export Messe.

The stamps of this series from 1947 are on the sheet the 1948 values are not. So no 10, 15, 30, 50, 60(2nd)pfg and 5 mark.
