1860 Possible Shifting Perf Errors

Just going through some Australian stamps that I have not touched for more than 25 years, and came across these two Queensland stamps possibly Sg 27 and Sg 99….they look like they have got perf shift cutting errors…can anyone confirm this or put me right,

These miscuts were common during the 19th century.
