This item was tucked in a postal stationery collection that I am consolidating and is outside my collecting areas. Who wants it? The first response from someone having a US postal address, more than 50 quality posts in the forum, and "receive email" set to ON in your account (no exceptions), gets it.

Just a little correction ... this is not a perfin.
Perfins were punched into stamps by companies or authorities to prevent theft, and not to cancel them, like in this case.
