Looks like a cut out from a magazine or similar and has a hinge remnant on the back. I saw a few references to a manufacturing co. in Yonkers on the internet and this: https://thebeebeco.com on the west coast.
Don't know who this was, but it looks like he did a lot of advertising/print advertising back in the day: https://www.seal-society.org/sites/...Bulletin.pdf Here as "L.A. Beebe", the managing editor (also president and member #1). Flip a couple of pages in each issue and there's a sample of a large-format cinderella that someone on SCF might have, now identified.
I've had this in my Stamp Dealers' Covers collection for several years and never been sure Beebe was, indeed, a stamp dealer. Information in this thread confirms he was.
