Dear sirs

Kindly find below 2 stamp of republic of china .
Issue 1950 .
The same value but not the sane color .
One green and the other violet .
Which obe is correct ?
Or if there is any varities in color , is there any catalogue value for it ?

The hint means that you've shown two different stamps. The first is from China, the second, with characters to the left of the flag, is from North-East China.

They are PRC stamps.

The one with the extra characters pointed out by Don is Scott catalog #1L157 and is the $1000 purple.

Northeast China

As previously stated.

No idea if they are reprints.

Yes they are reprints .The originals have a different shade of red on the flag .

It is from "Peoples Republic of China" (PRC), not Republic of China.
The small words says "limited for using in northern China", that is, within three northern provinces.
The one you showing is most likely a reprint.
