Most immediate: A cancelled stamp, with full undisturbed Gum.

Poland and Romania immediately come to mind.

Yes often have full gum. The stamps are also neatly cancelled in a particular way.

Be aware some stamps / labels, have been produced where the Postmark, has been part of the printed image (printed-on postmark)
Usually on dubious issues.

Australia comes to mind (MELBOURNE (with no date))
these were used for beginners stamp packs.
