2 Kopeek 1902 With Defect- Mising Fut .

Hello .
Can someone please help, with information about a defect on a 2 kopeek used stamp from 1889 or 1902 issue.
To be more specific ,part of the right leg is missing.
May this difference be at any interest to the collectors ? I have looked in my catalog but l couldnt find anything mentioned about it. Is this feature descripbed in other literature on Russian stamps ?
I would be very grateful if someone gives me
information on this matter.

It won't be possible for most of us to understand what you're asking about from this picture - even which stamp you're asking about. Perhaps you could post a clear scan of the entire stamp and indicate what you think the error is in that larger context.

It is not missing, it's there holding the Royal Orb.

It looks like a temporary printing defect, not enough ink on the transfer. A small printing error, not worth anything I'm afraid.
