Help With Austria, Please

The cancel on this Austrian Republic stamp says "FRATTING..." But my sources find no Fratting... in the present-day Austrian Republic. However, the present-day Czech town of Vratenin was named Fratting when it was in the Austro-Hungarian Empire and it's right on the border between the two nations. So why is an Austrian stamp cancel now using the old Germanic name of a now-Czech town? Any help, please?

AHA!!! The blown-up pic I posted showed me an umlaut over the A that I hadn't noticed before! And my sources do find a Frattingsdorf with an umlauted-A in Austria. So asking the question provided the answer!!!

Could the answer be that the Fratting cancel is a receiving cancel? The Austrian stamp is a porto stamp - likely cancelled by the receiving post office?
