I have inherited load of used Parcel Post stamps Q1 through Q9. Blocks of 4, vertical strips of 2,3,4 and 5, horizontal strips of 2,3,4 and 5, also singles. Some with hand stamped, some precancelled. My Question is, Do they have any value??? Also where do I sell them??
Thank you in advance for your responses to my question.

Dale

Value, yes.

Selling? A retail dealer may buy them for resale, or you can sell them on ebay or other online platform.

On line, singles of a special nature due to cancellation or precancel sell individually as well as blocks of four or more. Pairs and strips carry little special interest. Otherwise, groups are sold by denomination, range of denominations or as a total batch together. There is little special demand for short sets (Q1-9) as the value is carried with Q10 & 12 followed by 11.

Such sales are common enough on ebay that you can check out the current listings and more importantly the sold listing to get an overview of the sales range.

Yes, especially the higher values which sell for more than a few dollars. Selling on ebay isn't hard. Or visit a stamp show and ask dealers in U.S. stamps what they'd offer you for them. ebay is a lot easier.

Thanks everyone, I think I will try ebay to see how that goes. All your ideas are great and well appreciated.

Thanks again,
Dale
