Scott lists 2 perf gauges for the water activated stamps 14.5x14 (which apparently does not exist) and also 13.5x14 which exists. The 13.5x14 agrees with Gibbons. Gibbons does not list a 14.5x14 perf stamp
Scott also lists the perf gauge for the pressure sensitive booklet stamps as Serpentine Die Cut 10.5 Syncopated. Syncopated mean that there is an interruption or gap between the normal perf valleys and peaks of the stamp. Thistype of perf listing usually means that the 10.5 perf applies to all sides of the stamp. However the actual perf gauge of the pressure sensitive stamps are 10.5x11 which agrees with the Gibbons' listing.
