Nothing of particular value, but no discernible post mark city / date. (Possibly 4 AP47??) I was hoping that the interesting change at the bottom, from "Director General of Man Power" to "Commonwealth Employment Service" could be a clue to some of our Australian group. Any help is appreciated.

The C.E.S. was established in 1946 so it surely dates from around that period?
