This stamp merely has badly damaged perfs. The horizontal & vertical perf gauges are different, making this stamp a likely rotary press Scott 638 (perf 11x10.5) ... not the perf 11 flat plate 558. Moreover, Scott does not list a compound perf variety for 558.
