Ebay Technical Support

I am sure this has been covered before. Not being a super fan of eBay I was surprised that I could actually get ahold of a live person for tech support. I was expecting an automated answer to the number but that did not happen.

Anyway for someone who has not had the need to call them the number for live support is 866-540-3229.

I have to give eBay credit… in the past few years their tech support has answered quickly and actually resolved every issue I had. My only complaint was a bad apple on there is still being allowed to operate but that's old news lol. But the tech support itself is way better than years past!

eBay technical support sucks big time. I have not been able to send combined invoices for over 18 months. I have called them dozens of time and all I get is that they are working on the issue. You would think that in this day and age they would be able to fix the problem. . I am simply tired of calling and emailing them for help when no one there knows what they are doing yet collecting a paycheck for doing nothing.

Believe that eBay tec is much improved. A refreshing change came when eBay started admitting fault. But still have a bank account monthly payment issue with them that is still in play after 2 years.
