Grill Remains Make This A 137?

I'm pretty sure this is what's left of a grill here on this old bank note. Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing. If so it's a 137 right? I see on stampsmarter there's a 159b that is grilled also. Not having the Scott catalog yet I have no clue what that is.

We have about 9 more of these 6c Lincoln's that are driving me nuts on placing a Scott number on them. Along with 5 or 6 of the 15c Webster that all have the secret (V) mark. We have a descent amount of Banknotes I guess the Bank note paper types is what's killing me.

Looks like a 137 to me.
