Thanks, list updated, 231 numbers. Nice pictures.
Have you or anyone else (besides Timbres again, ages ago, I am so slow) any similarity between where the serial number is located in the selvedge and the number itself? That is, is it up or down (so many perfs?) in relation to another serial number? Are all serial numbers of a certain range always in a certain placement?
The 1's and 2's move up and down also by a little bit, again from Timbres long ago post.
Sorry Timbres I was so slow again and did not follow up on that info.

Everything I've got come from Montréal or the south shore of Montréal. My numbers range between 1035 ad 26452. So it's more or less a 25000 gap in the montréal area. |

If you look at the last picture of page 22, you will see that the number 1 and # 2 hare not at the same height for the same # ??? it's only confirm that the numbers could have different height... |

I don't know if any of you got consecutive serial numbers. I have two pair of consecutive serial numbers, 026542 and 026543, both with only the serial. I also have 008272 and 008273 witch are both on blue 2 booklets. So let's say that serials and blue 1 or 2 are on each 10th booklets, I guess that means that the serials in my range of number should all be blue 2. Does anyone else have consecutive serial number on blue 1 or 2? |

According to Puzzlers table, several instances of triple numbers even exist on 1 and 2 booklets. I assume they have the same owner, as the cities are the same. |

Quote: If I can say anything about you Canada stamp collectors it is that you are dedicated!] Either that or crazy as loons. We are loony. Why do you think the Loon is on our money and stamps? Some from the Corgi Times or Adminware site I am not sure of. Interesting point about the consecutiveness of serial #s on 1s and 2s. I have a thought but I want to find Bee See's previous post on plating numbers. Should have saved that off site for reference. |

Hi cdn-booklets, welcome! Thanks for posting pics and information. =Do you know the town/city roughly where the Ontario and Quebec ones were from? Or region of the province? =Also, do any of your booklets have the two extra dots in the position 2 stamp in the wave spiral above the mother otter, mentioned over the last couple pages? =And would you want to look at the booklet's selvedge, left-hand side, and see whether it is wide or narrow, relatively speaking, compared to the other booklets? =Oh, and do any of those booklets have full dark or medium counting marks on the front/back cover? I feel like I am grilling new people asking all these many questions. I will add what is there to the list on page 1 of this topic. edit: added more questions. I have the questions but no answers. |

cdn-booklets, I have some of these numbers already in my list and they are marked as being from different areas than you have indicated. 092327 was recorded by Bee See as from his contact in Alberta and from being from Etobicoke, ON, I also noticed it online from an ebay seller in that city. 014472 ans 73 I have marked as from Montreal, QC, but I am still searching for a confirmation of that. 005113 and 14 are already here from London, ON, recorded by me as from an ebay seller as being from either London or Orangeville, ON. This is all OK actually, but could you have the places mixed up perhaps? Did you buy these yourself from the Post Office? Sorry for the questions again. Doug |
