Im convincing myself not to certify this stamp and to maybe throw it up for sale. I see 12 perf and no watermark. I found another one like it so I am assuming it is not rare. But could use some justification on why I should keep it. Thanks
The stamps you show are damaged, dirty and poorly centered with massive paper adhered to the backs. They are not bluish paper and cannot be perf 12 if there is no watermark. I have no doubt that someone from this forum would give you a nice copy of a similar stamp. They are worth little.
Thank you ,I needed that .Can you let me know on the second picture that is posted,I held the guage to the perfect and I am seeing 12. Is that incorrect?
