In going through my collection, I noticed the 6c is incomplete? It doesn't have a completed 6? Is this an error? I've found it on other sites, but not like this one? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

The 6c is complete. The postal cancellation (the black lines over it) has been applied on top of it...
