Not that I know some specific error with this sheet, but it looks more like it was stuck underneath some other sheet and the owner had to unstick them

with a strong loupe hold the stamp at an oblique angle. you should be able to see if the surface has been disturbed.

Specifically you would be looking for one or more raised or disturbed paper fibers which would indicate the ink was abraded or pulled off.
