"Stamps and Covers" is exactly that. Stamps (all stamps) AND covers (any covers). Postage elitism is not implied.
Yes, but the forum is "US
Modern Stamps As Issued and Used"
With the categories elsewhere for US Classic (pre-1940) and US Back of the Book (This includes Air Mails, Officials, Cut Squares, US Possessions, Parcel Post, and Revenues), one would think there was some limitation to the OP query. Plus no one has yet pointed out that N&P Postage Stamps are "not modern" and belong to a different area than this thread.
I'll be here all week....

Edit:
By the way now well should the line be drawn on the OP's post? What does Us mean? How can a non-living entity such as the United States print anything? Printers print, not countries. Or who among
us has printed stamps? As to value, face, or after market such as the 85A at $3 million, sentimental or social value?
Of course context matters, but what context should matter or be ignored? Should the words stand alone without implied nor deduced logic? Should the words only mean what the poster thinks they mean? Should the words mean just what one reader means? Or should the words mean what collectively all readers of the words collectively mean, even if in self-conflict. However, here in this thread, each posted how they wanted the words to be interpreted that way, the revenues could be included, the moon could be included or Cheech and Chong (brilliant by the way, Don) could be included. Ah, yes the internet, lightning speed to no where; where a joke can become reality as with Chan4's 'Operation O-KKK.'
