We know stamp collectors are somewhat scare but would think someone collecting postal savings would be much scarcer. I have ignored most back of the book so interesting to see "perpetual demand" noted. How many new collectors go after these or they just US collectors that expand over time.
It would be like everyone wants a CE1/CE2 (airmail special delivery).
