Going through my beautiful lighthouse hingeless album of Argentina thats missing perhaps 10 stamps from 1945 to 1979 and I see a stamp..two pages further I see the same stamp..except one is on ordinary paper and one is on fluorescent paper..they use the same scott catalog number for both.guess I will just have to go through my dupes which just are ided by the catalog number and mark the cards ordinary or fluorescent !!

Philby, it seems Scott does not list many of the foreign tagged stamps, or even those with different types of tagging - I know that for certain for Canada, especially in the experimental era, the 1960's.

Check them with a lamp, Phil... paper fluorescence is what you should be looking at, not phosphour tagging.

Dave, no...i was not aware of that item...thanks but it being in Spanish it would be a bit tough for me..i get a kick out of some of the Argentine dealers who ask 9 dollars shipping for a cover or a set of stamps..you could have a good night out in Buenos Aires for 30 Pesos !
