20 Kopeek 1865 , MI 16 - Possible Diference In Color?

Can someone please determine, from what type is the 20 kopeek stamp on the photo?
Is it one of the Mi 16 two types ?
It also has a slightly different shade, more yellow and light blue is this a rezolt of fading of the color or there is a nother reason?

No, it looks like the stamp is on a paper without a watermark.
