On November 17, a new stamp will be released in Lebanon commemorating 80 years of independence. For now we don't have the official posting so we don't know what the stamp will look like. But all collectors are afraid that the stamp will disappear from the offices within hours like the last 2 releases. One I have the official announcement, I'll post it here.
