Scott Listing Of Perforated Revenue Stamps.

I noticed that for the 1st issue Revenue, Scott has 4 columns, that being
Imperf, Part perf, Old perf, Silk perf. OK makes sense.
There is no indication of the actual perforation counts?
However, if you go ahead to 2nd issue Revenue they are listed as Perf. 12.
Why did they not list the number of perfs (seems to be 12 from my small sample space) information for the 1st issue please?

the first issue is all perf 12. this includes the part perfs. for more detailed info see stampsmarter.com.
