Aaah, I thought it meant that both left/right framelines are not touching the design. I guess I need to get into plate numbers as to why either the frame is wider or design smaller on number 3. Roger that, I totally misunderstood what "extends past design" meant. Thanks rlsny!
Thanks Classic Coins! It was a huge help. Quick question: On one of the 26a's it shows only the upper-right most frame line continue upward.. Is it still considered an "a" if there's even one line going past the design?
