Moreover, as mentioned on the commments on YT, arrangements should have been made for a bulk truck for this large of a pickup, not a carrier's vehicle.
In general in my area, the USPS is awful. They treat counter customers terrible, are rude and have an air of "I'm cant get fired, so there…". The clerks have religious postings on their plexiglass, yet if you tell them Merry Christmas, they don't respond. I was at the PO one time and overhead the customer at the window next to mine say how he was going to show his boss and not come in early anymore or do anymore than he had to and was in fact going to come in late to work. Just so happens this customer, by his own admission, was a postal worker in training and about to be off his probationary period. Oh, and the number posted on the wall of my PO that reads, call this number if you have a problem with this branch. I did - no one answers. Oh, and when I don't receive mail that shows in my informed delivery ( which is often ) , and check the I didn't get this piece box, nothing ever happens. No acknowledgment, no follow up, no mail….
