If you're logged out and attempt to login via the login form on the New Posts page, you get redirected to a page that says "Sorry, nothing to see here."
Me I generally hit the back button to get off the "nothing to see" then duplicate the tab, kill old tab and login on the new tab. Usually works but may take a few times. I let a few minutes pass between login attempts.
