Going through some of my stamps, I ran across this unusual watermark that is not listed in Scotts. It looks like OS. Could it be Official Service? Any ideas. Thanks! Wolf-==-

It could be an edge of the sheet copy, and the OS is part of POSTAGE

As Petert4522 says, it is part of the marginal 'POSTAGE' watermark.
Your stamp is from column 12 in the sheet.
