This is MICHEL Poland No. 267.
Catalog Notes to No. 267: This stamp exists as a counterfeit to deceive the postal services, but the catalog does not provide information on how to distinguish a fake from the original.Help me please to find information to resolve this problem. Thanks

I've not come across this issue as a forgery,
Does Michel offer an image at all? Perforations?
(Sc# 263 1930)

Surprised "Stamp Forgeries of the World" has no listings for Poland

I have two examples.

Thanks PERF 12 , normally postal forgeries are highly sort after by the country collectors and specialist . They are usually priced much higher than forgeries made for the stamp collector business .

Gibbons lists this stamp as #282 in the Stanley Gibbons Poland catalogue.
A footnote under the issue states: 'The 25g. Perf 11 is a postal forgery'
