Three different SS and I cannot find any listing in Scott or via search here.
1st is numbered and perforated
2nd is imperf
3rd is not numbered but perforated
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yvert bloc 18, issued 1971. The image Yvert shows is your (3), but post-independence issues of former French colonies were often available imperforated. I have your (2) and (3) also.

Perf. and not numbered : Block 21Aa
Perf. with number and golden frame : Block 21Ab
Imperf. : Block 21B
