I am having difficulty determining which issue this is, as the postmark is covering the "N" in "Cents". Perhaps a member who is more experienced with this issue can help with its identification.
#3 is a reissue from the 1870s and wasn't valid for postage. With the red cancel there is no question that this is the 1847 issue, #1 (probably a worn late impression).
