4 Cent Dag Hammarskjold Error Varieties

Hello and Happy Holidays Good Health to ALL!

I am writing tonight for information on a sheet of stamps that have two plate numbers one correct and the second inverted (1. Black 27279 and yellow 2.27278 inverted). The sheet is gummed and has printing variations (color). I cannot tell if it is the original efo or the special printing. Can you look at the photographs I have attached and tell me what the sheet is? Thank you very much
