I found these three in the worst stamp album ever (the stamps had been stuck into an old photo album, and you can see lines from the photo sheet gum through to the front of most non-glossy ones), which had otherwise been primarily devoted to stamps depicting fairy/folk tales, and stamps with fish.

The top one says Russia and is marked 100 kon (which should be a ruble anyway), the second says Ukraine and is marked 10 k, and the third says Estonia, marked very lightly 200 senti (which ought to be 2 kroon). They look to have been oddly perforated and then poorly trimmed: you can see a bit of perforated edge on the back of the Russia maybe-stamp.

Hopefully someone has seen these before and can give some insight on whether they are stamps, labels, or absolute hogwash, because I've spent the last two hours searching online and have yet to come up with anything since I have no year, no definite country, and the denominations make no sense.

Ah, thank you, that makes much more sense. I wonder if they're anything people would look to collect, but with the marks for their poor treatment in the photo album I highly doubt it.

Hard to tell if the person who put them in the album knew what they were. They were even on separate pages.
