Palo Album Mounts And Replacement

Received my Palo album with a few bent mounts. Does anyone know the brand of top loaders used and will they peel off the page easily for replacement?

Yes I will contact Palo. I like confirmation.

I now see Palo sells Davo mounts. Still exploring. It's the weekend and I am still processing the album and looking for flaws before I request new mounts. Very much need to know if mounts peel off easily.

I have found Palo to be very customer-friendly. They will replace damaged pages and pages with damaged mounts. In fact, I have had them redo pages with spelling mistakes in the stamp descriptions. They have always been happy to help.

Good to know that Neeskens. I had some damaged mounts in my US Schaubek hingeless album, and Schaubek would not, as the Rolling Stones say, not give me no satisfaction.

When I purchased all the Palo US revenue pages, I went through and found a few with upside down or missing mounts.

I made a list and they sent replacement pages within days.

I do wish they would update their pages to fix the many incorrect box sizes on the pages. The larger reds, greens, wines, etc. tend to be the wrong size.

I did provide a list of these as well, but as far as I know these haven't been fixed yet. Somebody has mentioned the Palo pages are based on the Steiner pages, so maybe Steiner has to fix them first before Palo does?.

I am even willing to pay for the newer fixed individual pages, but at some point do want them updated.

Other than that one issue, I love my Palo pages!

I had the same issue for FSAT. I gave them the correct size of the stamps and they fixed the frames surrounding the stamps and provided me with replacement pages.

Palo is sending out three new pages. I inadvertently removed one of the mounts. It came off clean and went back on clean. Palo says you never know about how that will go so new pages are the standard.

I read where DAVO easy mount are self adhesive no moisture and can be removed. However, I also read that overtime the bond can become quite strong.

Good news Randy. Palo seems to be a standup company.
