Came into possession of these two and have no use for them, but unclear if they might have meaningful value to others, or if I should just trash them?

They're not in mint shape, but still have a lot of life left in them. As someone who uses/wears down the Blue binders, I appreciate having some in stock for everyday use that I can use until they fall apart.

Happy to part with them for the cost of shipping if someone's interested!

They are in rough shape. Take them to a local stamp club meeting and donate them.
