Welcome to the fantastic world of stamp collecting.
I suggest you find a Stamp collecting Club close to where you live, you will meet a lot of stampcollectors and they are able to help you and guied you, they probably also auctions stamps, equipment and other stamp relatede items at their meetings.
Some have cirkulation where you can buy stamps for a desent price, even expensive stamps.
Best of all you meet collectors who is passionede about collecting and I am sure you will get all the qualifiede help you need.
I am in a stamp colleting club and once in a while I get away with buing stamps in good quality for a limited amount of money 20 -30 $ or if you like 20-30 Schwizer Frank in stockbooks, loose, in binders, huge collections in stamp index.
I have aquired stamps that cost 100-400$ a piece, my best buy was a Danish Stamp, 48 skilling with invertede frame 5200 issuede, Cat value 4500$, I bought it for 2$ and hat 100's of stamps in the same envelope, once in a while you get lucky, I sold it for 500$.
Good advise. There's two clubs in my city and actually one is pretty near my house. They are having two stamp bourse in march, so I'm looking forward to go and meet some some fellow collectors.
