I assume you mean with respect to bisects on CDVs?
That's Bruce Baryla's award-winning exhibit. I acquired many of the cancel and plate variety items from that exhibit when he broke it down and sold it on
ebay back in 2013.

Agreed, but my point was that even without thorough knowledge of the tax rates in question, there are enough other warning signs.
