Hello, I am trying to get some history and sense of the value of this postmark handstamp. I have researched some and looks to be a railway post office stamp. Thanks!
Definitely rialway mail service.These were used by clerks on board mail cars to process mail en route. K. CITY & SAPULPA was a mail route and not a railroad.
I'm thinking retail in the higher two digits in dollars but it's going to depend on popularity of route and associated railroads. These devices aren't rare but cancel devices have a limited fan base.

Each postmarking device is unique in some manner. The item you cite is not the same style/era as yours, is in better condition, and is a different route, so only minimally comparable. The only way to answer your question is to put yours up for auction on ebay and you will be able to determine what yours is worth at the time of the sale. I would lean toward the answers given, of less than $100.
