Can anyone help me with this?
I purchased this card as part of collection of Irish Postal Stationery.
The card has typographed 1 1/2d and 3 1/2d stamps. I have not come across the 3 1/2d stamp before.
When was it issued?

Considering this item is inscribed printed matter and has 5p face value, and looks like the 1˝p was added to 3˝p (being the stamp on the right), I would look for 1973 as original printing date and being upgraded in 1974.
