Hi All,

Does anybody out there know the percentages of single lined, double lined and unwatermarked W-F stamps? I checked 100 watermarks today and I came up with 1%, 0%. and 99% respectively. I know that can't be right!

You might want to eliminate those stamps that are perforated 11. There is one with the common design "2" that is single line watermark, but the balance are unwatermarked. The perforated 12 will come with either single or double line and the perforated 10 will come with either the single line watermark or no watermark. Once you do that then look at your percentages.
