Hi,
Here's a Honduras stamp with a marking that I was curious about.

Maybe it's just writing from the envelope, but I wondered if the purple "REstadas" had any significance?
I found it interesting that the it seems to have the same color as the purple line cancel on the stamp, which made me wonder if it has some official purpose.
Some ideas:
-from Google translate, "restados" or "restadas" might mean subtracted or deducted
-maybe it's supposed to be "R. Estados or Estadas", maybe "R." for "republica" and "estados" for "states" or something similar
Any ideas about it?
