There are white lines next to the leters at the CENTS inscription and the numerals at left and right corner. The shape of the leters look diferente, from other 1868, 3 cents stamps.

There are white lines in the places noted in every 3c Large Queen except for the ones that are overinked or printed from dirty or extremely worn plates. In yours, the white lines are sometimes touching letters due to plate wear and imperfect inking. You need to find an image of a die proof or plate proof to see all the design elements that are supposed to be there. Those are about the only examples that you will find of anyhting close to perfectly printed stamps.

How so? Please describe this better.

Let me note that from previous posts, you seem to be expecting all stamps to be perfectly identical, particularly old ones, and that's just not true.
