I found these old French cover ,from 1860,from Le Havre to Strasbourg .
The shape of the stamp looks unusual ,the upper part of it's inscription is missing ,it's been cut diagonally . Could it be a bisects stamp on cover?
I'm not sure if they even count as bisect What do you think?

No, just damaged when being cut or, probably, torn from the sheet.

Imperforate stamps of all countries had to either be torn or cut with scissors or a knife to separate them out of a sheet or partial sheet. Not everyone was as careful in doing so. Finding examples of such stamps with clean and full margins on all four sides is not easy and such examples command a premium price from those that do not have four full clean margins. Your cover has a particularly egregious example of a poorly separated stamp. It is in no way a bisect.

A bisect should pretty much be half of the stamp. Left half/right half. Diagonal cut. Sometimes top/bottom. If there are two value tablets, you're going to see one tablet on each half.

Here's a question...can anyone point to a legitimate bisect where a stamp with two value tablets doesn't end up with one tablet on each bisect? (Surcharges don't count.)

Spain Hiscocks H12a Spanish Morocco Bisected in half via perforations.

Ooops, found the top half, only one value tablet (text)

Nope, nothing here.
I have a GB 2d wilding circa 1960, cut vert by one quarter, and used as a ˝d stamp
