Is the 1935 Guide online? I found several older versions and a much newer version, none of which had a section 57 that could conceivably be on point to these markings.
I only found a reference to the 'Post and Telegraph Guide' (sic.) of India and the versions. The 1935 one, in the listing, is followed by one after 1958.
Thanks everyone I have looked everywhere and can't find clause 57 (7). I found one other cover on the internet at a bazaar - with same wording But offered no explanation
